I've successfully managed projects across the UK and internationally, collaborating closely with property developers to add the finishing touches that elevate properties. By overseeing the marketing and rental aspects, I’ve helped these properties double their original income.

While some required structural work, imaginative space utilisation, adjusting interiors to a high-end finish and applying the right styling can create a significant initial impact. This approach allows properties to stand out in a competitive market.

Every home owner has been delighted with the results, and client satisfaction is my top priority.

Take a look at the galleries below for 'before and after' shots. Contact me to discuss how these designs came to life and the expanded value of this portfolio.

Harrogate, UK

This dark and dated kitchen was transformed into a bright and social family space. This required building an extension so the full project covered the design, product sourcing and overseeing all tradespeople from architect to decorator.

We refreshed this bland bedroom to smart, neutral modern. Keeping the great quality built in wardrobes but updating them with a facelift transformed the room!

Adding earthy tones with a hint of pink, then a stylish new bed and bedding with matching side lamps oozes hotel quality.

Anglesey, Wales

This vast Victorian villa had so much potential and hadn't been updated for many years. We brought a cool, contemporary feel while maintaining the opulence it deserved and embracing the areas natural colours for our scheme.

Keeping the original basin and incorporating that into a more lively cloakroom made this project fun! We added a William Morris inspired wallpaper and used tile paint to glamp up this small but stylish space.

Maidenhead, UK

We transformed this lounge from untidy, no focal point and no styling to a luxurious adult snug. Farrow & Ball 'Beverly' instantly adds a dramatic edge - don't be scared to go bold! New window shutters and pre-owned designer sofas created this new look while remaining within budget.

Harrogate, UK

This home office was dark and cramped. Using a sea green wood primer and paint, we kept the original shelving. Salvaging a vintage 70's desk that was much more slimline opened up more space in the room while changing the style completely.

Yorkshire, UK

This barn conversion began from scratch, so a large scale project. The interiors are a quirky mix of old and new. Four poster beds add the luxury factor while more natural browns and tweeds suit the cosiness desired and local environment.
